Pepco Holdings, Inc - Pepco Holdings, Inc (or "PHI") is a holding company incorporated in February 2001 for the purpose of effecting the acquisition of Conectiv by Potomac Electric Power Company (Pepco). The acquisition was completed on August 1 2002 at which time Pepco and Conectiv became wholly owned subsidiaries of PHI.
Delmarva Power - Delmarva Power is a Delaware valley public utility, formed in March 2005 from Conectiv Power Delivery. This reorganization also created Atlantic City Electric.
