American Taliban - American Taliban is the name generally given to the combined American neoconservative and Fundamentalist movements. The term was coined in 2001 shortly after the American overthrow of the brutally repressive Afghan Islamic Fundamentalist Taliban in order to draw parallels between that regime and its politically-rising American equivalent.
